Holds bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Accounting from the School of Economics, Business Administration and Accounting of the University of S\u00e3o Paulo (FEA-USP).<\/p>\n
He has extensive experience in state public administration, having held numerous senior positions, including: Public Executive, State Tax Auditor, Director of the State Salary Policy Department, Advisor to the Secretary of Finance, Judge at the State Tax Appeals Tribunal (Tribunal de Impostos e Taxas), Regional Tax Director, Deputy Secretary of Tax Administration, Executive Secretary of Finance, Chairman of the State Real Estate Assets Council, and Administrative and Finance Director of both CDHU (S\u00e3o Paulo State Housing and Urban Development Company) and IMESP (Official Press of the State of S\u00e3o Paulo).<\/p>\n
He has served as a Fiscal Council Member of several state-owned enterprises of the Government of the State of S\u00e3o Paulo, as well as a member of the State Capital Protection Council, the State Real Estate Assets Council, and the State Information Technology Council.<\/p>\n
He served as Director of Planning and Budget and Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee of the Brazilian Society of Japanese Culture and Social Assistance (BUNKYO). He was also an invited member of the Tax Law Committee of the S\u00e3o Paulo Bar Association (OAB\/SP). In recognition of his outstanding contributions, he was awarded the Pedro Pedreschi Medal<\/strong> by the Regional Accounting Council of the State of S\u00e3o Paulo (CRC\/SP). He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Deliberative Council of the Brazilian Society of Japanese Culture and Social Assistance (BUNKYO).<\/p>\n He has participated in international seminars in Japan, the United States, and Canada. He is certified as a Corporate Board Member by the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC) and has completed executive programs in Audit Committees for Non-Financial Companies, the Advanced Corporate Board Member Program, Corporate Governance for Directors and Fiscal Council Members of State-Owned Enterprises and Mixed-Capital Companies, all offered by IBGC, as well as a Corporate Governance program at Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Getulio Vargas (FGV-SP).
