Andrea Cristina Petry de Aguiar

Attorney with 25 years of experience and a strong academic background, recognized for her legal expertise and leadership skills in highly complex environments. She holds postgraduate degrees in Family and Succession Law and in Business Law and Management.

Served on the Committee responsible for drafting the preliminary bill of the New Brazilian Code of Civil Procedure at the Legislative Assembly of the State of Santa Catarina, contributing to the development of one of the most significant milestones in contemporary Brazilian procedural law.

Served as a member of the Family Law Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association – Santa Catarina Section (OAB/SC), dedicating herself to the in-depth study of legal theories and solutions whose discussions and conclusions have nationwide implications.

Served on the faculty of the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), teaching Civil Procedure, Legal Practice, and Legal Practice Clinic.

Served on the faculty of the College of Social Sciences of Florianópolis (CESUSC), teaching Family Law, Succession Law, and Simulated Legal Practice.
