We advise companies operating under various corporate structures and tax regimes, with particular expertise in corporations (both publicly traded and privately held), limited liability companies, associations, and foundations.

We represent domestic and international clients in corporate and governance matters, including the preparation of corporate documents such as bylaws, articles of association, corporate resolutions, shareholders’ meeting minutes, and other legal instruments, as well as providing legal support during Shareholders’ Meetings and Partners’ Meetings.

Our practice also includes drafting and negotiating shareholders’ agreements, investment and subscription agreements, put and call option agreements, and other instruments governing corporate relationships and joint ventures.

In addition to our advisory practice, we represent clients in corporate disputes before judicial and arbitral tribunals, as well as in administrative proceedings before the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM).
