Our services also include identifying relevant stakeholders, assessing their interests, and evaluating their role within the emergency scenario.

Crisis Management

In situations that may jeopardize a client’s reputation, employee or community health and safety, the environment, or business operations, we provide judicial, administrative, and institutional representation in close coordination with the client’s Crisis Management Committee.

Our specialists may be integrated into the crisis management team throughout the duration of the event and subsequently evaluate the effectiveness of the measures adopted in responding to the crisis.

Disasters

In large-scale events affecting society as a whole, even when unrelated to any act or omission by our clients, such as floods, civil unrest, major fires, or governmental collapse, we provide strategic support in dealings with public authorities and political and community leaders.
