We represent clients before state and federal regulatory agencies in matters involving the supply of pipeline natural gas and compressed natural gas (CNG). We provide specialized legal advisory services to free consumers, self-importers, and self-producers of natural gas, covering regulatory, contractual, and administrative matters related to their qualification and operations before state and federal authorities.

Electric Power

We provide comprehensive legal advisory services for electric power generation and cogeneration projects, including corporate and tax planning, investment structuring, and legal support throughout every stage of the project.

Our services include:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating electricity trading agreements, including Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contracts, and other agreements related to the power sector;
• Legal advisory in environmental and real estate matters, including environmental licensing, assistance with environmental impact assessments, obtaining permits, land acquisition, and expropriation proceedings;
• Representation of clients in auctions, public tenders, and privatization processes, including the preparation of qualification documents for companies, consortiums, and domestic and foreign business groups, as well as the filing of administrative and judicial appeals;
• Advisory services in Administrative Law, investment structuring, foreign exchange controls, tax planning, and corporate matters.
