Marcelo Almeida

Attorney with a postgraduate degree in Tax Law, with experience in civil and corporate law, providing legal counsel on strategic planning and corporate governance matters. Has collaborated on projects with UBM Consulting (Unternehmensberatung – München) and Grupo Bernhoef, as well as experience in regulatory matters within the pharmaceutical sector.

Served as Chief Superintendent of Contract Management at CODESP – Companhia Docas do Estado de São Paulo (Port of Santos).

Served as Municipal Attorney for the Municipality of Itapecerica da Serra.

Held the position of Legal Advisor to Public Law Chambers at the São Paulo State Court of Appeals.

Served on the Ethics and Disciplinary Tribunal of the São Paulo State Bar Association (OAB/SP), acting as Rapporteur for the 20th Adjudicating Panel.
