Roberta Kuruzu

Attorney with postgraduate specializations in Corporate Law, Digital Law, Environmental Law, and Tax Law, as well as specialized training in Government Relations and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance).

She previously worked in the legal department of one of the world’s largest direct selling companies, Avon, where she specialized in commercial business models. Her primary focus was ensuring the legal and ethical integrity of the company’s business operations and its commercial relationships with independent entrepreneurs.

She served as a member of the Ethics Council of the Brazilian Association of Direct Selling Companies (ABEVD) before being appointed Executive Director of the Association.

She also served as a member of the Advisory Association Council (AAC) of the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations (WFDSA).

In addition, she worked in the Institutional Relations and Sustainability department of Ypê, one of Brazil’s leading household cleaning products companies, where she was responsible for identifying and integrating ESG criteria into the company’s operations and preparing its corporate impact reports.
